ABOUT ROYAL TREE SERVICE
Our goal is to protect and maintain the urban canopy here, in Montréal. We do this by advising clients on how to achieve their goals while doing minimal damage to the trees. A simple guiding principle that we work by is ‘trees don’t grow leaves they don’t need’. By understanding this, we remember that all tree pruning work is inherently invasive, even if it is necessary. Fewer cuts, and smaller cuts, done appropriately according to the species, will lead to trees that are healthier and structurally safer, and that live longer.

We carry out all the work in a way that best achieves the agreed objectives, and never simply seek the easy option.
OVER 15 YEARS EXPERIENCE
We are led by experienced arborists, and we are members of the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) and the Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA).
PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS
We have a well-established reputation for professional and reliable work that looks after the long-term health of trees, cedar hedges and shrubs, and for sensitivity to the client’s expectations. Our reputation is carefully and intentionally built and maintained by making sure that all aspects of our work is of an excellent quality.
